The NEON (Needs of adults education stakeholders) project is a research project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission. Its aim is to build a universal tool to diagnose the educational needs of individuals and organisations working in the field of adult education. In addition, the project investigates the educational needs of organisations and individuals involved in adult education in Europe and determines the extent and degree of discrepancy between the needs of individual employees and the needs of organisations. The result of the project will be a universal tool for researching educational needs, published together with the researcher’s guide in open access and a report on the state of educational needs of European organisations working for the benefit of adult education.
